This workshop explores resilience and emotional adaptation after immigration, with a focus on maintaining mental well-being through healthy daily habits. Participants will learn about stress and the mind-body connection, gain insight into Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and its impact on mental health, and develop healthy coping strategies, self-care practices, and a stronger sense of belonging. The session also provides practical tools to help newcomers successfully adapt and build a fulfilling life in their new home and community.
